We start by clarifying your target objective. To do this, ask yourself: Where do you want your revenue to be in the next 90 days or the next year?
Next, we want to look at where you are now. To begin drawing out your roadmap, you have to establish your starting point – What is your current revenue?

Now, you can see where you are and your future goal. What is the gap between where you are now and where you want to be?
Eliminate Overwhelm with Focus
Once you have Clarity, we want to bridge the gap to your target objective. How do we do that? We focus on what’s working well and do more of it. Your current and past successes ARE your hidden secrets to continued future success.
Business owners love doing new things, but we can often find significant growth by building on what works.
Take a look back over the past 12 months or 24 months – or really anytime you can remember. What was the best month you ever had?
This is important. Take the time to really do this. Once you’ve found your best month, we want to look at three things:
- How much sales volume did you do?
- What products or services did you sell?
- How did you sell it? (Did you run a specific ad? What promotions did you use? Did you do a direct mail piece? Did you do an online campaign?)
Once you have Clarity about your target objective, you can Focus on what’s working well and what worked well before. Focus on what’s worked best and what you can do again. Then, you can build growth Momentum by doing more of what works.
